We created a new landscape project out of an existing one . We Started with a comprehensive design, and then matched it with the current one while delivering the lowest price and quality to make sure we met the owner’s expectations. Throughout the project we encountered several challenges that stemmed from matching a new architectural design on top of the existing one, all focal points, shapes, materials, and colors had to match precisely. We began by enriching the top layer of soil with nutrients and fertilizers, demolishing some areas to make room for new structures, and renovated the existing water features, and built a new double-sided waterfall. The water feature in front of the fireplace changed into 2 sitting benches with a small bubbler in a ground water feature. Later we built a new paver area, including 3 water features and waterfalls, a new irrigation system, a new arbor, lighting, planter boxes, privacy planting, plants, a fireplace, veneer stones, and new wooden sitting areas plus tiles. The project met the proposed timeline and was completed within budget.
