N Gate, Atherton

Northgate is one of our most recent projects. It included both Permeable and impermeable paver areas from front yard all the way to backyard. It included: Grading and drainage, Privacy Planting, Public work (Swale, hardscape and landscape), Grass and all landscaping, Irrigation, weather based sensors, Planting, Lighting, deck in light well, fence, tiling on porches ...

It was a challenging project, since owners wanted to put the house in market ASAP, more than 10 inspections were involved with all processes. Irrigation Audition was approved at the end for final landscape performance. We were able to complete the work on-time for them to put the house on the market.
