We are currently working with Ava construction on this on-going joint project.
Scenario: This is a large house with 78000 Sq/Ft lot that includes a guest-house and a swimming pool. WaterPivot has completed the initial phase that included a tree removal/relocation/planting, grading and drainage. We are working on acquiring city permits, coordinating the inspection, grading and drainage and related consulting.Upon completion of some of the construction work we will start implementing: Synthetic grass, tree planting, pebble walkways, swimming pool, jaccuzi, trelliss, landscaping, irrigation, tennis court, retaining walls, lighting, artificial turf, planter boxes, fire pit, water fountain, paver driveway, …
